Former cops steals life saving anti-HIV drugs

Tumelo waga Dibakwane Anti-retroviral are life-saving drugs used in HIV treatment, but a former policeman and his helper nabbed these from the Matsulu Clinic outside Mbombelo. Caleb Bonginkosi Hlatshwayo (33) and Thaphelo Sibusiso Magagula (38)  had ARV’s in their possession with a street value of almost R35 000 when police stopped them on their way to Kanyamazane for delivery.
